The Term "hugot" is a Filipino word (verb), which means "to pull/ to draw out."  These is also considered dramatic lines taken from personal experience or from famous movie lines that make it memorable to the viewer or fit perfectly in a situation.

So, by "hugot lines," it means that someone draws out certain emotions through something that he or she experienced and says it out loud.
