A dear friend of mine been experiencing rejection lately and felt so down and lonely.

I told him that in order for him to move on and continue living he must love himself first before loving someone else. Why? because how can you love someone when you cannot even take care of yourself. I guess, you should know first how much is your worth and from there loving would come out as naturally and easily as it could be.
