Nueva Ecija

Sharing some of my captured moments in the lenses of the beautiful Nueva Ecija.

We are traveling from the early dawn of this very day going to the province of Nueva Ecija.

The breathtaking view of the sun rising from the mountains smiled upon us as we entered the rough, rocky, dusty, un-cemented road of the province.

Seeing those farmers who get up early to uproot grasses from their rice fields, indeed made me realize how important rice is as our staple food.

Those lined up trees stood still welcoming us like brave soldiers who greeted us as we made our way to San Isidro, Nueva Ecija.

The entire environment comes into shape as the sun started its way to the sky. The peak of Sierra Madre is now visible from where I am standing. Awwwsss, how lovely it is to look at.

The scorching heat of the summer sun made those Sitaw vines dried up and leafless, yet gracefully clinging to those dried up stalks and created some drama.

That colorful sky from a setting sun bidding goodbyes to this side of the earth.
A view was taken from the Calaba-San Isidro River.

Riverbank indeed is the best place where you could hang out with your cousins till the dark envelopes the entire place.

Manuel Uy Beach Resort

Please visit my YouTube Channel  iStar-Tayiray23

Summer is fast approaching!

Still, looking for a not too far, cheap, clean, nature-children-pet friendly, photo/IG-worthy place this summer vacation?

Manuel Uy is the resort!

A 3 hours drive from Manila (if you have your own car and exit via Kaybiang Tunnel along Ternate-Nasugbu Highway) located in Barangay Sta. Ana, Calatagan Batangas. I kinda loved how this place is too close to Manila yet unspoiled with clean waters, fine sands, and a very long clean shoreline.

The Entrance fee for this resort has been changed starting 15 February 2018. From Php 50.00 now to Php 100.00 for a day tour. And for overnight from Php 100.00 now to Php 200.00 this is due to some renovations made in this resort which is commendable and price worthy increase.

Manuel Uy Beach Resort boasted their long yellowish shoreline which I really really like, clean clear water, and of course cheap resort fee. What I also liked in this place is the simplicity it provides- as in No cottages, No air-conditioned rooms, or even Kubo to stay (like a cozy resort place has). We did enjoy sleeping in a tent during our stay in this place which gives me more fun and adventure for me my kiddos.

The newly built CR and Shower room is a plus now for this resort. No need to line up for so long and pay you every use in those old, small CR this resort only have way back then. The outside shower area is also a plus since this lessens the time you will spend falling in line.

I also like how friendly and helpful the staff in this resort from the registration down to the tent builder and security. If you fall short of your cellphone battery life- do not fret they do have a Charging station located at the very entrance of the camping site and of course with a fee.

Charging Station

Charging Fees for the following;

Motorcycle - Php 20.00 Day Tour / Overnight

The sunset view from this resort is indeed LOVELY and Breathtaking!

I actually enjoyed taking my pictures in a silhouette effect.

The best time to go to this beach- weekdays skip the holidays as this beach becomes too crowded and I don't think you will be able to enjoy the serenity of the place.

I am soooo in love with the sunset here
