Open until 6PM only / NO ENTRANCE FEE / NO PARKING LOT FEE
Love this place. Makes me so close to nature. Although this place opened a year ago to the public, I can say that this will be a hit to travelers who wish to see the Ilocos Windmill less the long-hour journey there. Very accessible and indeed so close to Manila and the city.
This is a close getaway from the noisy, polluted, and populated metro. A good substitute for the windmill of Ilocos. Plus, I indeed love the sunset from this point. Very dramatic and lovely. For sure, this will be commercialized in the coming days, and more establishments will be seen sprouting around the area. As of this writing, there are no hotels/motels, more mountain ranges, tall grass, mango trees, and less traffic.
LIKES: ambiance, very cold due to the wind, close to nature, a good substitute to Ilocos Windmill, near to the city, smooth road going up to the mountains, less traffic, the place is not yet popular so you have to visit this the soonest, NO ENTRANCE FEE!! - so you better hurry guys, CR is already in place, resto will be opened soon, and the parking lot is FREE of Charge, overlooking the city.
DISLIKES: no road lights and indeed very dangerous to drivers who do not know the area, there are a lot of turns and slopes up and down, as of this writing- there has been a bus accident near the area see this link for the full story- Philstar Tanay Bus Accident, roads are a little narrow- so do not dare to attempt over-taking as the place is dangerous and accident-prone.
