Takip Silim

Takip Silim

Moon

She liked the moon,
because like herself,
it shined its brightest
when no one was around to see...

"Under the full moon's luminous glow, we are reminded of our own inner light,
shining bright even in the darkest of nights."

"The full moon's radiance reminds us that we are part of a grand cosmic dance,
interconnected with all living beings."

Cobra Kai

A Netflix series continuation of the 80's Karate Kid which I indeed watched all three movies as a kid and those movies stayed with me as I grew old.

And while browsing Netflix movies "He's all that" starring Tanner Buchanan leads me to his recent Netflix series of Cobra Kai.

This glued me to my seat 💺 the entire day😁

Wide awake and finished all season in one seating😳😁😳😁

Can't wait for Season 4

'High school's just a bunch of scared people pretending to be something they're not.' - Cameron Kweller (He's All That)

'It's only a mistake if you don't learn from it.' - Anna Sawyer (He's All That)

He's All That Trailer

🎬 **"She's All That" (1999) vs. "He's All That" (2021)** 🌟

In 1999, "She's All That" captured hearts with its classic high school romance tale, where a popular jock bets he can turn any girl into the prom queen. Fast forward to 2021, and we have "He's All That," a gender-swapped remake putting a modern twist on the original.

🌟 **The Plot**: "She's All That" follows Zack Siler as he transforms the "nerdy" Laney Boggs into a prom queen, while "He's All That" sees influencer Padgett Sawyer attempting to turn the unpopular Cameron Kweller into a prom king. Both films play on the themes of transformation, social status, and self-discovery.

🌟 **The Characters**: While "She's All That" focused on the female lead's transformation, "He's All That" shifts the spotlight to the male protagonist. The characters navigate issues of authenticity, popularity, and identity in the age of social media influencers.

🌟 **The Themes**: Both movies address societal pressures, beauty standards, and the importance of inner beauty. "She's All That" highlighted the transformative power of love, while "He's All That" explores the impact of social media on self-perception.

🌟 **The Reception**: "She's All That" became a beloved teen rom-com classic, known for its charm and iconic prom dance scene. "He's All That" introduces a new generation to the story, blending nostalgic elements with a contemporary lens on relationships and identity.

🌟 **Legacy**: "She's All That" left a lasting legacy in the rom-com genre, inspiring future films and pop culture references. "He's All That" continues this legacy by reinventing the story for today's audiences, showcasing the timeless appeal of high school romance.

In conclusion, both "She's All That" and "He's All That" offer viewers a journey of self-discovery, love, and acceptance, proving that true beauty lies within. Social Media Down

For some reason, social media giants such as Facebook, Facebook Messager, Instagram, Twitter, and WhatsApp were down today 5OCT21 Tuesday.

Tried sending FB Messages via FB Messenger and messages were not sent. This happened as I checked 1130 PM to 12 midnight MNL time.

Check other social media giants and got the same error. No updates were visible and unable to view a post.

In the meantime, Telegram is a reliable messaging app that I can use during this moment.
I was able to send messages with media attached and can make calls.

What exactly happened…

No Twitter updates yet, however, hashtags #FBDown, #IGdown, #tweeterdown, #whatsappdown are trending in the last tweeter post.

1st of October 2021

Sunrise today here on the south side of the Metro

Where the light started to shine

Thank you, Lord, for the start of a new month.

What a great reminder of  YOUR sustaining grace and unchanging faithfulness.

Thank You for lessons learned, triumph over trials, pains which have been turned to praise from previous months.

I face today with a fresh resolve that indeed, I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.

In Jesus name,

I pray. Amen.
