Tamang pagkain ng prutas

NASANAY na kapag bumili ng prutas ay hihiwain at kakainin ito matapos ang isang masaganang umagahan, tang-halian o hapunan. Ayon sa mga pag-aaral, napatunayan na hindi lamang ganito kasimple ang pakinabang na hatid ng prutas kung alam lang natin kung PAANO at KAILAN dapat kainin ang mga ito.

TAMANG PAGKAIN

Paano nga ba ang tamang pagkain ng prutas? Narito ang mga bagay na dapat tandaan:
* HINDI DAPAT KAININ ANG PRUTAS PAGKATAPOS KUMAIN!
* DAPAT KAININ ANG PRUTAS KAPAG WALANG LAMAN ANG TIYAN.

Kapag kinain ang prutas nang walang laman ang tiyan, ide-DETOXIFY nito ang sistema ng ating katawan at magsu-supply ng dagdag na enerhiya para sa nabawas na timbang at iba pang aktibidad na ginawa ng katawan.

PINAKAMAHALAGANG PAGKAIN

Halimbawang kumain tayo ng dalawang hiwa ng tinapay at isang hiwa ng prutas. Ang isang hiwa ng prutas na ating kinain ay handang tumuloy sa ating tiyan patungo sa bituka, pero napipigilan ito dahil sa kinain nating dalawang hiwa ng tinapay. Gayunman, ang tinapay na kinain natin ay mabubulok, mape-ferment atmagiging acid. Kapag ang prutas ay napasama sa pagkain na nasa ating tiyan at sa iba pang digestive juice na naririto, ang lahat ng pagkain ay magsisimulang mabulok. Kaya, mahalagang kainin ang prutas kapag walang laman ang
tiyan o bago mag-agahan, mag-tanghalian o mag-dinner. Hindi na siguro bago ang mga reklamo tulad ng kapag kumakain sila ng pakwan ay
dumidighay o kapag kumain ng durian ay may pakiramdam na puno ang tiyan, o matapos kumain ng saging ay magmamadaling pupunta sa comfort room, at iba pang mga kahalintulad na kuwento. Sa katunayan, ang mga pakiramdam na ito ay hindi mangyayari o mararanasan kapag kinain ang prutas ng walang laman ang tiyan. Ang prutas kapag napahalo sa iba pang pagkain ay nagiging gas, kaya nararamdaman ang animo ay paglaki ng tiyan.

Ayon sa mga pag-aaral, ang pagputi ng buhok, pagkakalbo, pagiging nerbiyoso at pag-itim ng paligid ng ating mga mata ay maiiwasan kapag kumain ng prutas ng walang laman ang tiyan. Wala rin umanong katotohanan na ang orange o lemon ay acidic dahil lahat ng prutas ay nagiging alkaline sa loob ng ating katawan, ayon kay Dr.Herbert Shelton, na siyang nagsaliksik ukol dito. Kapag na-master ninyo ang tamang pagkain ng prutas, mapapasainyo ang secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

DAPAT MALAMAN UKOL SA FRUIT JUICE

Kung kailangan naman ninyong uminom ng fruit juice, tandaan na uminom lamang ng fresh fruit juice, at hindi iyong mula sa lata. Hindi rin dapat uminom ng juice na mainit , ang pagkain ng mga nilutong prutas. Ayon sa pag-aaral, nawawala ang bitaminang taglay ng mga prutas kapag ito ay iniluto at lasa na lamang ang naiwan dito.

Napatunayan na ang pagluto sa prutas ang nagi-ging dahilan para mawala ang bitaminang taglay nito. Subalit ang pagkain ng isang buong prutas ay mas mainam kaysa pag-inom ngjuice. Tandaan din na ang tamang pag-inom sa fruit juice ay dahan-dahan at hayaang humalo ito sa ating laway bago ito lununin.

Mainam din ang pagkain ng prutas dahil nililinis nito ang loob ng ating katawan. Maaari rin umanong magkaroon ng 3-day fruit fast para malinis ang buong sistema ng ating katawan. Subukan na kumain ng prutas at uminom ng fresh fruit juice sa loob ng tatlong araw at magugulat kayo sa magiging obserbasyon ng inyong mga kaibigan kung gaano naging kaaliwalas ang inyong hitsura!

BITAMINANG DULOT NG MGA PRUTAS

KIWI Maliit pero mahalaga. Ang kiwi ay mainam na pagkunan ng potassium,magnesium, Vitamin E at fiber. Ang Vitamin C content nito ay
doble kaysa sa isang orange.

APPLE May kasabihan na An apple a day keeps the doctor away, at ito ay totoo. Bagaman ang mansanas ay may mababang Vitamin
C content, mayroon naman itong antioxidants at flavonoids na pinalalakas ang Vitamin C, na tumutulong magpababa ng pagkakasakit sa colon cancer, atake sa puso at stroke.

STRAWBERRY Tinatawag itong protective fruit. Ang strawberries ang may pinakamataas na antioxidant power sa lahat ng mga prutas at pinoprotektahan nito ang katawan laban sa mga duming maaaring magdulot ng cancer o pag-clog ng blood vessels.

ORANGE Itinuturing din itong sweetest medicine. Ang pagkain ng dalawa hanggang apat na orange kada araw ay inilalayo tayo sa ubo at sipon,nakapagpapababa ng cholesterol, tumutunaw sa kidney stones, at nakapagpapababa ng pagkakaroon ng colon cancer.

PAKWAN Itinuturing na coolest thirst quencher dahil ito ay nagtataglay ng 92 porsiyentong tubig. Ito rin ay maraming taglay na glutathione, na nagpapalakas ng ating immune system. Ang pakwan ay mainam na pagkunan ng lycopene, ang kilalang cancer fighting oxidant. Ang iba pang sustansiyang dulot ng pakwan ay Vitamin C at potassium.

BAYABAS AT PAPAYA Kung may top award para sa Vitamin C ang bayabas at papaya ang tiyak na makakakuha ng award na ito. Maraming taglay na VitaminC ang bayabas at sagana rin ito sa fiber, mainam para makaiwas sa constipation, samantalang ang papaya ay sagana sa carotene, na mainam parasa ating mga mata.

Moments_ABC of Happiness...


There are a lot of people gives advices to be happy.. like blah, blah, blah... some of them not true at all though whatever it is still there's nothing wrong in trying them same as this one...

* A--Accept *
Accept others for who they are and for the choices they've made even if you have difficulty understanding their beliefs, motives, or actions.

*B--Break Away *
Break away from everything that stands in the way of what you hope to accomplish with your life.

*C--Create *
Create a family of friends whom you can share your hopes, dreams, sorrows, and happiness with.

*D--Decide *
Decide that you'll be successful and happy come what may, and good things will find you. The roadblocks are only minor obstacles along the way.

*E--Explore *
Explore and experiment. The world has much to offer, and you have much to give. And every time you try something new, you'll learn more about yourself.

*F--Forgive *
Forgive and forget. Grudges only weigh you down and inspire unhappiness and grief. Soar above it, and remember that everyone makes mistakes.

*G--Grow *
Leave the childhood monsters behind. They can no longer hurt you or stand in your way.

Ask many questions, because you're here to learn.

Moments_I got the job!!





Dear friends, bloggers,...

A hi hi hi.. I got the job, Thank Heaven!

I'm back in the field that I love the most... communicating and talking... whew, back again to the stressy hours and no leave, no late, no absent policy of the BPO company.

Back again on those familiar streets that I used to walk to go for a stroll at Glorieta, SM, or to my favorite hang-out Wendys at quad...

I actually miss my colleagues way back then as I am doing the Fedex Australian calls.

Love those people, they were cool, hip, and young and always up for gimmicks...

Miss those days... again I'll be walking the same streets and avenues with new friends now and new colleagues...

Moments_That Familiar Place

Once again someone called asking me to come on the following day for an exam and an interview... 

Whew... 

I actually have this application almost two years ago... 

I failed the simulation call that made me cry while leaving that building behind... and now here goes again that familiar offer... 

I wanted to try my luck on this, I know things are different now and I am praying that I got this job...

In the middle of the heat of the sun, I traveled from the south going to the north on the country's place of trade & industry... 

I heard that familiar name of places again as the bus dispatcher yelled Mayapis, mayapis... 
some memories went back into my head again...

Lord, I pray to please make this day smooth and good...

Moments_Time to Think

Just got up and realized that I got a schedule to accomplish...

Whewww, needed to go to National Statistic Office to secure copy of my daughter's live birth certificate...

Wheeze, the clerk erroneously recorded my marriage date that I do really wanted to be corrected to avoid problems in the future which I believe it will if not the soonest...

so have to go now peeps, will share to you the updates later... Ciao, ciao for now.... c",)
