Sedeño Makati Underpass

The Sedeño Makati Underpass serves as a vital link between Ayala Triangle and Salcedo Village. Previously, I frequently used this underpass to quickly access the Ayala Triangle bus stop for transportation to Buendia or Baclaran.

Traditionally, underpasses in Makati have been adorned with art deco advertisements from well-known food, tech, and service brands, which lease the space for commercial use. However, my recent visit to the Sedeño underpass revealed a remarkable transformation. Its walls and ceiling are now adorned with NBA teams' logos and player images, creating an electrifying NBA atmosphere.

This unique display sets it apart from other underpasses in Makati and evokes a sporty vibe that prompts passersby to pause and admire the portraits of their favorite basketball players. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the underpass, from the ceiling to the floor. The floor, in particular, has been designed to resemble the wooden flooring of a basketball court.

The entire underpass is undeniably Instagram-worthy, as evidenced by my own return visits to goof around, take photos, and snap some selfies!😅
