Loving Father,
Thank You for being a God who cares deeply for me.
When the weight of life feels too heavy to carry,
remind me that I don’t have to bear it alone.

Today, I lay down every worry, every fear, every anxious thought at Your feet.
I trust in Your care — steady, gentle, and faithful.
Help me to surrender control and rest in Your peace,
knowing that You are working even in the unseen.

Give me the courage to release what burdens me,
and the faith to believe that Your love will sustain me.
