POLA Chinese Hot Pot

The gangs were looking for a Ramen tonight and we bumped into this newly opened Hot Pot outlet inside Vista Mall Las PiΓ±as.

We're all a bit worried about this cause it is more Chinese in writing and maybe little ones will not like it, however, we gave it a try.

Their servers were all Filipino and they hand us a flyer-like menu and advise us that for as cheap as Php 150.00 we could have our hot pot already. Chinese writings and good thing there's an English translation.

I asked Ate how to order and make our own hot pot.
She taught us that we only need to tick the box for our selection. If you are familiar with Ramen Nagi it's just like this.

The 1st upper left portion that has a D stands for Dine In then T for Take Out then on the right portion is your customer order number that will be given to you by the server once you asked for their menu.

Then came the Drinks selection

Under Seasoning are the soup base of your choice
Soup Base Selection - Spicy Hot Pot Soup/Fresh Mushroom Soup/New-this stands for a plain soup

Your Hot Pot ingredients will actually depend on your choices of noodles, ingredients, and vegetables.

Each ingredient do have an accompanying price that you can see on the right portion of each selection the one that has 40P this stand for Php 40.00

The total amount of your hot pot depends on the price of your selected ingredients.

This would be difficult for newbie customers cause they do not have a finished ingredient combination that you could choose like seafood hot pot or beef hot pot or pork or chicken or vegetables. This is a DIY meal that I will not recommend for customers who are hungry and would not have the patience to think of their meal ingredients anymore.

Ingredients can be combined all together whichever you liked it. I advise my kiddos if they want beef all they need to choose will be ingredients with beef then add a little vegetable and that goes with seafood, pork, vegetables, and chicken for a better distinct taste.

It took us a while to decide for each meal all created based on the preference of the kiddos. We got our orders and the kiddos enjoyed their choice of meal.

What's my verdict???

Likes- well-lighted and ventilated/accommodating staff most especially the girl who explained to us how to create our hot pot/ accepts a senior citizen discount/large servings that will satisfy your cravings/good value for money/acceptable order waiting time/

Dislikes- limited dining space/all were in plastic except the chopsticks- we should start being user-friendly/
