Been craving for a Pesto Pasta recently.

Have this chance to squeeze some cooking while doing my laundry today💪💪💪😊😉😊😉

Sharing this recipe of mine for those who want to explore their taste buds.

Tuna Cheesy Pesto Pasta

Ingredients:

1/4 kilo of any pasta you like. For this one I chose Linguine
1 can of Gold Seas Tuna chunks in herbs and garlic
2 pack of Clara Ole Cheesy Pesto Sauce
Dried Thyme and Basil
Black Olives
Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 pieces Garlic cloves
1 piece Onions
4 tbs Olive Oil
1 tbs Salt

Preparations For Noodles:

1. Boil water in a pot
2. Put 1 tbs olive or cooking oil
3. Put 1 tbs salt, this adds flavor to your noodles
4. Wait until it boils
5. Put the noodles into the boiling pot and do some stirring to avoid noodles sticking together.
6. Wait until noodles become al den-te
7. Drain the water and rinse with fresh water
8. Place noodles in a clean pan reserved for our pesto sauce later.

Preparations for our Pesto Sauce:

1. Boil olive oil in a pot
2. Put minced garlic
3. Put chopped onions
4. Put chopped black olives
5. Pour your 1 can tuna chunks and stir
6. Let it simmer for awhile
7. Pour your pesto sauce, stir, and wait until it simmers
8. I did not put any salt since the tuna was so tasty and salty that gives a flavor for the entirety of your sauce.
9. Let it simmer for a while then pour the sauce in your noddles. It gives a stir until your noodles were fully covered with your pesto sauce.
10. Sprinkle it with dried thyme, basil leaves, Parmesan Cheese.
11. Serve with Lemon and enjoy.

Photos_Good Morning PH

“I get up every morning and it’s going to be a great day.

You never know when it’s going to be over, so I refuse to have a bad day.”

When everything seems to be going against you,

remember that the airplane takes off against the wind,

not with it.

Brother Bear,

You changes the way I see an Airplane wheter it is flying or in the ground loading and unloading.

You always reminds me whenever I see an Airplane...

Much love from here, Brother Bear. . . .

Travel_Loboc River Cruise

Your Bohol Tour will not be complete if you will not experience cruising Loboc River while having a buffet lunch.

The cruise started in the bank of the Loay bridge. There is no specific time, each boat leaves when the boat fills up.

Cruising time is short yet enjoyable as it treks along the Loboc River with pretty sceneries. We made a stop in the middle of the cruise to one of those open platform nipa huts just to be entertained by locals of their native songs and dance. I think this is really nice since they are promoting Filipino culture to local and foreign travelers.
