Ingredients:

2 tbsp canola oil

1 pc onions chopped

4 cloves of garlic chopped

500 grams String Beans (Sitaw)

500 grams Squash (Kalabasa)

100 grams pork meat chopped

50 grams shrimp (Hipon)

1 cup of Kakang Gata (unang piga ng Niyog)

Let's do the Cooking:

Igisa ang bawang, sibuyas sa mantika.

Idagdag ang ating pork at antaying maluto.

Ihulog ang ating mga gulay pati na din ang 1 cup gata ng Niyog.

Takpan at hayaang maluto.

Idagdag ang ating hipon pakuluan hanggang sa maluto ang mga gulay at hipon.

Masarap ito sa bagong lutong puting kanin.

Beef Nilaga

Yung sinipag si iSTariray today dahil restday, kaya napaluto ng me sabaw.😊😉😋

Ingredients:

1/2 kgs beef shanks/ribs, cut into serving pieces

5 cups water

2 pcs medium white onions, halved

2 pcs large potatoes

1 tsp black peppercorns

2 pcs saging na saba, sliced diagonally into three

2 pcs corn, cut into three

2 pcs beef cubes

1 bunch of baguio beans edges trimmed

1 bunch pechay Tagalog trimmed

Let's start cooking

Cook beef in water with onion and peppercorns in a pot until tender. 

Add potatoes, saba, and corn allowing them to cook. 

Add beef cubes, Baguio Beans, and pechay Tagalog.

Cook for about 2 minutes.

Season to taste and serve.

Those lovely memories have been on my treasured stuff of yesterday.

Kept for more than a decade now and it holds so many memories that I will never forget.

Gone are the days, where we collected different stationaries to engrave our thoughts, fears, hopes, and dreams, and feelings of resentment, joy, and success.

Those times that it took us hours and sometimes days to relay our stories in written thoughts...

We hold it dear to combine all happy, good, and even the not-so-good experiences in that single mail sent via postman or even personally delivered right in our mailboxes.

Those are the times where the Internet is just starting and I have been confused about how email addresses work it's wonders. Where Internet cafe is not that rampant and Internet usage is so expensive and crawling.

Those are days, I do not know the difference between a blog to a website and www is just an abbreviation that you are online.

Grabeh, pinaiyak ako ng movie na ito, actually ang daming emosyon na naibuhos ko habang pina-nunuod ko ito.
