Ingredients:

- Tofu / Fish Cake

- Korean glass noodles (dangmyun)

- Your choice of protein (beef, pork, seafood, or tofu for a vegetarian option)

- Broth (you can use either a store-bought Korean hot pot broth or make your own with anchovies, kelp, and other aromatics)

- Soy sauce

- Garlic

- Sesame oil

- Optionally, gochujang (Korean red pepper paste) for a spicy kick

Procedure:
