Lagulo Falls 💔 (An Eye Opener Post)

Lagulo Falls 💔 (An Eye-Opener Post)

It is indeed disheartening to witness a once-beautiful natural wonder like Lagulo Falls in Barangay Lagulo, Nagcarlan, Laguna falls prey to neglect and environmental degradation. The sight of unkept surroundings littered with garbage, unclear and unclean water, and ugly illegal cottage constructions can evoke a sense of sadness and disappointment among visitors who yearn to experience the serenity and beauty of nature.

Lagulo Falls, which was once known for offering a quick escape from the summer heat, now stands as a stark reminder of how human actions can impact the environment. The deterioration of this once-lovely waterfall serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the importance of conservation and responsible tourism practices to preserve our natural treasures for future generations.

Unlike other waterfalls that boast crystal-clear, strong cascading waters, Lagulo Falls may no longer exhibit the pristine beauty it once possessed. The water's clarity may have diminished, losing its emerald-clear allure due to pollution and human interference. The current state of Lagulo Falls serves as a poignant reminder of the consequences of neglect and the urgent need for concerted efforts to restore and protect our natural ecosystems.

While it may be disheartening to witness Lagulo Falls in its current condition, there is still hope for revitalization and restoration. By raising awareness, promoting sustainable practices, and engaging in community-led conservation efforts, we can work together to revive Lagulo Falls and preserve its natural splendor for generations to come.

Let us not dwell on the sadness evoked by Lagulo Falls' current situation, but instead, let it serve as a call to action for environmental stewardship and a reminder of the fragility of our natural world. Together, we can work towards restoring Lagulo Falls to its former glory and ensure that it remains a cherished destination for all to enjoy, appreciate, and protect.

Went here on a Friday 16 FEB 2024 and walang tao yung lugar which best na pumunta is during weekdays.
I think mga 8 to 10 feet yung drop ng waterfalls.

I felt sadness 😔 nung nakita ko tong falls na ito, it was not well kept. Walang signage yung falls kaya you need to ask kung san yung eksaktong place nya. Very accessible naman yung trail papunta sa kanya it only takes 10 to 15mins para ma reach mo sya.

May bula yung tubig which is a sign na contaminated sya and madumi.

No Entrance Fee
Parking space with a fee

The area is not well kept with garbage in the water and the water is not clear.
