Went out to attend my physician's check-up today and went to SM Southmall and came across this Cheesy Garlic Bread that is famous in Korea.

Kinda pricey, however, I love how these pieces of bread tasted and indeed made fresh out of the oven.  

Indeed, very tasty paired with your coffee any time of the day 😋😋😋

I brought these boxes with different toppings of bacon, caviar, and just the famous cream cheese to enjoy with the kiddos. 

And yeah, kiddos love it paired with their hot chocolate. They enjoyed eating each bun comparing flavor to flavor. 

These buns can prolong their shelf life by putting them inside the fridge and toasting them before serving.

I love how those cream cheese melted in the oven when toasting and in your mouth when eating.

My Gardenia Flowers

And my favorite flower Rosal burst out with lots and lots of flowers lately....

Love them thriving in just small pots yet giving generously with lovely flowers every day.

Gardenia plants are prized for the strong sweet scent of their flowers, which can be very large in size in some species.

Gardenia jasminoides (syn. G. grandiflora, G. Florida) is cultivated as a house plant. This species can be difficult to grow because it originated in warm humid tropical areas. It demands high humidity to thrive, and bright (but not direct) light. It flourishes in acidic soils with good drainage and thrives on [20-23 C temperatures (68-74 F)][7] during the day and 15-16 C (60 F) in the evening. Potting soils developed especially for gardenias are available. G. jasminoides grows no larger than 18 inches in height and width when grown indoors. In climates where it can be grown outdoors, it can attain a height of 6 feet. If water touches the flowers, they will turn brown.

These are my favorite flowers growing up, their scent wakes me up every morning and put me into a joyous mood to start my day.

And yes, these flowers are called Rosal in Tagalog, they smelled like Sampaguita or Jasmine in English and they are for me like the big version of Sampaguita flowers. 

Sampaguita grows into vines while these ones are into a tree, yet very similar in their scent and the color of their flowers. 

Rosal (Gardenia) flowers needed big amounts of water which is why it is best to keep them near places where flowing water can be found or can easily be reached.

✨ Second Opinion, Same Result

Despite my prayers for a different outcome, the second opinion confirmed what I had feared. The reality of my condition sank in, and I knew that denial was no longer an option. I had to face this new chapter of my life with courage and resilience.
