“Flowers don’t worry about how they’re going to bloom. They just open up and turn toward the light and that makes them beautiful.”

Washington Sycip Park Part 2

Ayyiii!!!

Made another tambay again on this park today Friday 01.25.19. 25th day of 365 days of 2019.

I decided to make a quick stop on the other side of the park which is the Japan Japan park😁😀. I and sweetheart strolled this park almost a year ago and it is only now that I came back and snapped some photos. Those Chinese bamboos grew taller than before and it is so much greener in this place than before.

So here are the photos...

Tambay sa Sycip

Sharing some moments I had in Washington Sycip Park last 01.11.19 Friday

I arrived early in Makati from Las Pinas and decided to tambay a little while in Sycip Park. There are a lot of early peeps doing their jogging and morning exercises around the area, and pets were also there strolling with their owners.

What I love in here are the benches that you could sit and chill the entire day which I did before heading into the office.

Let me share some of the pictures that I took.

"A park is a natural cathedral, where tall trees reach towards the heavens, inviting us to contemplate life's mysteries and find solace in the embrace of nature."

"A park is not just a place with trees and grass, but a shared canvas where memories are painted and dreams come alive."

"A bench in a park becomes a bridge that connects hearts, offering solace to those seeking solace and companionship to those seeking company."

"A bench in a park is a silent confidant, offering solace to those who seek a refuge to pour out their thoughts, hopes, and fears."

I don't know about you- I'm seeing a heart-shaped ceiling right from where I am💗💋

"In a park, the whispers of nature whisper back to our souls, reminding us that we are part of something greater."

"Parks are like poetry written in green, each tree and flower a carefully-crafted verse, inviting us to immerse ourselves in the rhythm of nature."

Parks are nature's embrace, offering respite to weary bodies and thirsty souls, while whispering tales of growth, resilience, and the cycle of life."

"In a park, time seems to slow down as we lose ourselves in the beauty of blooming flowers, curious squirrels, and the melodies of songbirds."

"Parks are the lungs of a city, breathing life into concrete jungles, reminding us of the delicate balance between progress and preserving natural beauty."

Sycip Park

I was at this parkway back in 2001 and it is actually bare only grasses no trees. The gazebo is already there and the only thing that gives an impression that this is a park, nonetheless the place looked so empty. My classmate and I used to sit in this gazebo before going to the KBP office for our OJT in Star FM. Only last week my daughter and I strolled in this area which now houses different trees and likes a mini forest amidst Makati City. Indeed so lovely and walking into it made you feel inside a makeshift forest and Japan at the same time.

LIKES: greens- different trees and plants, love the little pond in the middle of the park, music playing in the entire park- it kinda makes a romantic appeal, well-kept gardens and fauna, love the Japanese garden on the other side of the park, like the artistic structure- it adds appeal to the park and something to talk about, I also liked the wishing rock and water- it stirred something to be curious about, the captions in every corner adds something to explore inside the park which is I really really like.

DISLIKES: too many greens- it could be more alive if they put a variety of flower-bearing plants that'll add colors to the garden.

You could see my entire album at this link- A date at Sycip Park
