Ang UNO Kape

Visited Angono Wawa today and found this street-movable little coffee outlet and yes, I love their Iced Cold Coffee.

The Ang Nuno Movable Coffee Bar

Very creative I must say and indeed the price is competitive and the coffee will not disappoint.

Mr. John Paul Nañez single-handedly operates this little cafe of his. He was a barista before at a well-known coffee shop where he enhances his craft and decided to put up his very own movable coffee shop which is very timely for all ages who appreciate a good coffee either hot or cold.

Frappes were also good and highly recommended most especially during summer as this is indeed a very good thirst quencher.

Their frappe and Kape were indeed very refreshing to drink while chilling here on the lakeside and doing nothing but enjoying the setting sun.

And here's my Iced Coffee which made me smile while chilling here in Angono's Lakeside watching kids flying their kite and the setting sun from the Pasig skyline.

So cute that I really loved to take this cutie home with me in Las Piñas.

Brows Microblading

What is Microblading?

Microblading is also known as Eyebrow Embroidery, it is a procedure categorized under permanent makeup, but unlike traditional cosmetic tattooing, it is less invasive and considered semi-permanent. Microblading typically lasts anywhere from 1 to 3 years, depending on skin type and skincare routine. The procedure is done by using a hand tool with ultra-fine needles and each hair is gently etched into the skin giving an incredibly natural and realistic look.

How does it take?

For the first Microblading session, the entire procedure should take about 2.5-3 hours. During this session, the brow technician will shape and style the client's brows for client approval. Once the client is satisfied with the choices we begin the procedure. The client needs a follow-up visit to have any minor necessary touch-ups. The second Microblading session takes place after 4 weeks after the initial session. This session will take approximately 1.5-2 hours to complete.

How long does it take to heal?

The eyebrow area will be slightly red after the procedure and the color will appear very dark. This is normal. The color will fade by up to 40% as it heals. The eyebrows will continue to be dark and scab in the following days. Do not pick the scabs as this may damage the skin and the outcome of the micro-bladed area.

The eyebrows will lighten up in color as they heal. It takes approximately about 28 days for the color to fully set in. You'll notice the color is very light right after two weeks of healing. This is known as milk skin and is common in tattooing. This is due to the tissue still healing from the inside out even though the surface of the skin is healed. True color will reveal itself once healed.

What is the aftercare procedure?

After your procedure, MUST follow the instructions below;

  • Within 2 hours after the procedure, lightly pat dry using cotton pads any lymphatic liquid that may have built up. After 2 hours, gently clean the brows with wet wipes(unscented no alcohol), and using a new cotton bud, re-apply a thin amount of Fougera ointment.
  • Make sure to apply a light layer of Fougera ointment morning and night to brows for at least 7 days. Do not over-apply Fougera Ointment.
  • Do not immerse the brow area in water for 7 days. When showering, make sure to avoid the face area when cleaning or washing your face, make sure to avoid brows and clean around it.
  • Do not put makeup on the brow area for a minimum of 10 days. A Microbladed area is an open wound, using makeup may cause infections.
  • Avoid alcohol aspirin/ibuprofen and any vitamins that may thin your blood for 24hrs.
  • The brow area will feel slightly itchy as it heals and will start to lightly scab over. Do not peel or pick at the scabs as this can affect the outcome and pigmentation.
  • Do not go swimming, tanning, or into saunas for at least 14 days.

Risk and complications?

Ensure that all proper precautions for a safe session by using sterilized equipment, new needles, clean and sanitized environment are most likely to avoid infections and complications.

Highly Recommended ko si, Ms. Era, for this.
Malayo nga lang yung place nya pero sulit naman po talaga yung service.
And talagang dinayo ko sya para dito at happy naman po ako sa result😊💕
Magaan po ang kanyang kamay and maganda at mabilis syang mag-trabaho.
My 2nd session will be on August 16, 2018

"The Purpose Driven Life" is a bestselling Christian book written by Pastor Rick Warren.

Each day focuses on a different aspect of purpose, exploring topics such as worship, fellowship, service, and mission.

2. Biblical Foundation: "The Purpose Driven Life" is firmly rooted in biblical teachings. Rick Warren draws from various passages of the Bible to support his points and provide a spiritual framework for readers to understand their purpose and relationship with God.

3. Practical Application: The book aims to help readers apply the principles of purpose to their everyday lives. It encourages personal reflection, prayer, and journaling to facilitate self-discovery and personal growth along the spiritual journey.

4. Worldwide Impact: Since its release in 2002, "The Purpose Driven Life" has sold millions of copies globally, making it one of the best-selling books of all time. It has been translated into multiple languages and has impacted people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and faith traditions.

Rick Warren - (REMEMBER HE WROTE 'PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE')

You will enjoy the new insights that Rick Warren has, with his wife now having cancer and him having 'wealth' from the book sales. This is an absolutely incredible short interview with Rick Warren,

"Purpose Driven Life" author and pastor of Saddleback Church in California

In the interview by Paul Bradshaw with Rick Warren, Rick said:

People ask me, What is the purpose of life? And I respond: In a nutshell, life is preparation for eternity. We were not made to last forever, and God wants us to be with Him in Heaven.

One day my heart is going to stop, and that will be the end of my body-- but not the end of me.

I may live 60 to 100 years on Earth, but I am going to spend trillions of years in eternity. This is the warm-up act - the dress rehearsal. God wants us to practice on earth what we will do forever in eternity.

We were made by God and for God, and until you figure that out, life isn't going to make sense.

Life is a series of problems: Either you are in one now, you're just coming out of one, or you're getting ready to go into another one.

The reason for this is that God is more interested in your character than your comfort.

God is more interested in making your life holy than He is in making your life happy.

We can be reasonably happy here on earth, but that's not the goal of life. The goal is to grow in character, in Christ-likeness.

This past year has been the greatest year of my life but also the toughest, with my wife, Kay, getting cancer.

I used to think that life was hills and valleys - you go through a dark time, then you go to the mountaintop, back and forth. I don't believe that anymore.

Rather than life being hills and valleys, I believe that it's kind of like two rails on a railroad track, and at all times you have something good and something bad in your life.

No matter how good things are in your life, there is always something bad that needs to be worked on.

And no matter how bad things are in your life, there is always something good you can thank God for.

You can focus on your purposes, or you can focus on your problems.

If you focus on your problems, you're going into self-centeredness,' which is my problem, my issues, my pain.' But one of the easiest ways to get rid of pain is to get your focus off yourself and onto God and others.

We discovered quickly that in spite of the prayers of hundreds of thousands of people, God was not going to heal Kay or make it easy for her.

It has been very difficult for her, and yet God has strengthened her character, given her a ministry of helping other people, given her a testimony, and drawn her closer to Him and to people.

You have to learn to deal with both the good and the bad of life.

Actually, sometimes learning to deal with the good is harder. For instance, this past year, all of a sudden, when the book sold 15 million copies, it made me instantly very wealthy.

It also brought a lot of notoriety that I had never had to deal with before. I don't think God gives you money or notoriety for your own ego or for you to live a life of ease.

So I began to ask God what He wanted me to do with this money, notoriety, and influence. He gave me two different passages that helped me decide what to do, II Corinthians 9 and Psalm 72

First, in spite of all the money coming in, we would not change our lifestyle one bit. We made no major purchases.

Second, about midway through last year, I stopped taking a salary from the church.

Third, we set up foundations to fund an initiative we call The Peace Plan to plant churches, equip leaders, assist the poor, care for the sick, and educate the next generation.

Fourth, I added up all that the church had paid me in the 24 years since I started the church, and I gave it all back. It was liberating to be able to serve God for free.

We need to ask ourselves: Am I going to live for possessions? Popularity?

Am I going to be driven by pressures? Guilt? Bitterness? Materialism?
Or am I going to be driven by God's purposes (for my life)?

When I get up in the morning, I sit on the side of my bed and say, God, if I don't get anything else done today, I want to know You more and love You better. God didn't put me on earth just to fulfill a to-do list. He's more interested in what I am than what I do.
That's why we're called human beings, not human doings.

Happy moments, PRAISE GOD.
Difficult moments, SEEK GOD.
Quiet moments, WORSHIP GOD.
Painful moments, TRUST GOD.
Every moment, THANK GOD.
God's Blessings on you today.
