Feeling healthy and made something to dig in today.
It may not be too special however this is what I really love to eat most especially during summer.
Salad for me is much better than eating rice or even noodles. It's very light and indeed healthy. Lemme' share the easiest and fastest way of creating your own salad.
Ingredients:
Romain Leaves
Cucumber
Tomato
Red Bell Pepper
White Onions
Black Pepper
Dressing:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup white vinegar (adjust to taste for sharpness)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar (any type) or 1 1/2 tbsp honey
Preparation:
This is very simple because all you need to do is to mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Combined all dressing ingredients together in a separate small bowl or bottle for mixing.
- Cut all your ingredients in bite-size that you could enjoy.
- In a bowl, tossed all those lovely veggies together, mixed them, and then add your dressing.
- Topped it with shredded basil leaves
