Sual Pangasinan At Dark

Last Friday 19th April 2019 Good Friday in Piñas.

I and my sibs made a quick tour in Sual, Pangasinan just the other day. It was on a Holy Week and we enjoyed traveling along EDSA as there are only a few cars this time of the year. It takes us only 30 minutes from EDSA Rotonda out to NLEX, that's a WOW! It will take you 3hrs or 4hrs of travel on a normal day.

We will actually attend a funeral service of my late Tito LoLo(Uncle Grandfather) youngest brother of my late Lolo Rodrigo Alejandro. Dela Vega Alejandro Family originated from Aklan however Tito Lolo of mine fell in love with a Pangasinense girl and decided to settle here in Sual Pangasinan back in the '70s. This is actually an unplanned visit since we got bored staying at home and decided to go on a journey.

The travel was quick and easy and we arrived at Sual Pangasinan already dark. We paid our homage to my Tito Lolo's wake and greeted other relatives there. After a few moments, we decided to go out and explore Sual.

We are thirsty and hungry, and out to find places where to eat. We came across this GGG resto and got fascinated by the ambiance. It's like the Balaw Balaw resto of Angono that holds interesting artwork pieces of wood, metal, and other things that can be seen in our environment. What I also liked about this resto is that this is an IG-worthy background. If you know how to snap some really good photos you will indeed have a very nice outcome.

The food they served us was fresh off the grill and indeed yummy. I was not able to take some photos of the menus to share with your guys but I assure you the prices are cheap and economical.

After having dinner we went to see the town plaza and were amazed at how the plaza was adorned by colorful lights and action figures standing tall for picture-taking. There is a little playground in the middle of the park and it's nice that they were able to keep the entire place clean despite people sitting and enjoying the vibe of the town plaza.

We went home around 1AM the following day and of course, our visit to Sual will not be completed without passing by those dried seafood goodies like pusit, espadang isda, dilis, tuyo and many others. The prices were indeed cheap compared to Manila. Dried Seafood stalls were open 24hrs 7 days a week.

We may not see the exact beauty of Sual at dark however we enjoyed being there and the places available to explore. We will go back to this place in broad daylight and will cover the beauty of Sual Pangasinan.

As for now, this is only what I got, and will definitely go back to Sual.
