iStariray23 Photos - Manila at Dark

Manila at dark offers a unique and vibrant atmosphere that captivates both locals and visitors. As the sun sets and the city lights up, Manila comes alive with a different energy, showcasing a variety of experiences and activities to enjoy.

One of the most famous areas to explore in Manila at night is the historical district of Intramuros. Here, you can take a leisurely walk along cobblestone streets, surrounded by well-preserved Spanish colonial architecture and illuminated landmarks. The quiet and serene ambiance adds a touch of mystery and nostalgia as you immerse yourself in the city's rich history.

For those seeking entertainment and nightlife, you'll find numerous options in Manila. Areas such as Makati and Bonifacio Global City are known for their lively bars, clubs, and restaurants. From trendy rooftop lounges to bustling night markets, there's always something happening to suit every taste and preference.

If you're a food lover, exploring the street food scene in Manila at night is a must. Hawkers and food stalls come to life, offering a wide array of local delicacies and flavors unique to the Philippines. From grilled skewers of meat to savory snacks like balut (a fertilized duck egg), the streets are filled with tempting aromas and mouth-watering treats.

Additionally, Manila Bay provides a beautiful backdrop for a nighttime stroll. Enjoy the sea breeze as you walk along the baywalk, taking in the view of the city skyline and the iconic Manila sunset. You may even catch a glimpse of the world-famous Manila Bay sunset, known for its stunning colors and romantic ambiance.

While it's essential to exercise caution and be aware of your surroundings, Manila at dark can be an exciting and rewarding experience. Just like any other city, it is important to take necessary precautions and follow local guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable evening.

Overall, experiencing Manila in the dark allows you to witness a different side of the city, unveiling its diverse offerings and vibrant atmosphere after the sun goes down.

iStariray23 Photos - Luneta

I love the sunset today here in Luneta Fountain Park.

Though I am too far away from the shore

The sky is reflecting the beauty of the setting sun. . .

"The setting sun's rays of warmth and beauty gently caress our spirit, filling us with a sense of calm and contentment."

"Sunsets are a daily reminder that endings can be just as breathtaking as beginnings if we choose to see them that way."

"The setting sun paints the sky in vibrant hues, leaving a trail of magic behind, a gift for those who take the time to look up."

Before I reached the fountain park, I passed by these murals that I can't help myself not to snap some pictures and a selfie. . .

iStariray23 Photos- Exploring Manila

Late posting, however, sharing is never too late😊

Intended my rest day (last 27 February 2019 Wednesday) to a Manila-Binondo-Divisoria walk.

Good thing it was a beautiful day today.
The sun is shining so bright today and indeed smiling back at me, it's like telling me to go out today and do some exploring.

Made a quick visit to the National Museum of Fine Arts to see Botong Francisco's paintings that adorned the main hall.

Saw that the entire place has been populated by art enthusiasts and students. So I squeezed myself into the crowd and listened to the speaker telling some important details about the artwork.

This gigantic artwork made by Botong Franciso is indeed one of a kind and cannot be replicated easily. As the detailed drawings and artwork are crafted by the master painter so with the storyline incorporated into it.

A visit to the museum will not be complete without a visit to the lovely spiral red staircase.

A picture taking for me in this corner of the museum is a must and indeed an IG-worthy one.

Botong Francisco's artwork is located in the Senate Session Hall of the National Museum of Fine Arts.

Other artworks occupied the upper floor and were worthy of a visit.

Old Railway Station is now the Tutuban Center in the middle of Divisoria.

We always passed by this mall however never got a chance to go inside and explore.

And today we have this day intended to do a walk-in Divisoria and look for some bag that I and kiddos could use.

Took some photos of these Chinese zodiac signs that incorporated our birth year.

Ceiling decorations inside Lucky China Town Mall.

Love that tv-bill board-like staircase inside this mall.

A quick stop in Roxas Boulevard.
Sat there for a while and enjoyed the lovely setting sun.

Isn't it amazing, how wonderful the sky is during this time of the day?
The colors of the sky change over time in daily progress.
