From succulent crabs and buttery mussels to crispy calamari and spicy shrimp, there's something to delight every seafood lover's palate.

So here's my Mamita's recipe to share with your friends and family, and savor the taste of the sea at this unforgettable feast for the senses!

Ingredients:

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned
- 2 crabs, cleaned and halved
- 1 lb squids, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 2 ears of corn, cut into rounds
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)




Instructions:

1. In a large pan or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Then stir in the sliced red and green bell peppers.

3. Add the shrimp, mussels, crabs, squids, and corn to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until the seafood starts to turn pink and the mussels begin to open.

4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, and chili flakes. Pour this sauce over the seafood mixture in the pan.

5. Stir well to coat all the seafood and vegetables with the sweet and spicy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cover the pan and let the seafood simmer in the sauce for about 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.

7. Once everything is cooked through, remove the pan from heat and transfer the seafood and veggies to a serving platter.

8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
