Another place to visit when you are in Tanay Rizal is their infamous Parola.
Located in Tanay Dike stood the lighthouse, though not that too tall yet boasted its function at night as the guardian of the fisherman who will brave the cold morning or evening water of Laguna Bay.
The simplicity of this place gives me a different view during dusk. The long extended road where the Parola stood serves as a pasyalan for the locals and visitors where they could chill a little or just to sight the setting sun. I indeed liked the freedom of climbing the Parola up to its top which gives a 360-degree view of Tanay Dike. Indeed a very lovely sight to behold.
This is also another Barat Travel to consider since there is No Entrance Fee and No Parking Fee and an IG-worthy view I must say.

Ang lugar na ito ay ipinangalan kay Kagawad Teodulo "Ka Ulo" Q. Bernardo, naglingkod bilang punong Bayan ng Tanay noong mga taong 1948-1951 at 1955-1963 bilang pagkilala sa kanyang mahalangang kontribusyon sa kaunlaran ng bayan ng Tanay.
Ang Parola at ang dike ay natatag sa panahon ng kanyang panunungklulan.
