Bunga Twin Falls 💔 (An Eye Opener Post)

We went here on a Monday morning, we visited Bunga Twin Falls expecting to enjoy the beauty of nature — and truly, the falls itself is amazingly beautiful. The flowing waters, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings remind us how wonderful God’s creation is. 🌿💦

But sadly💔, wherever our eyes turned, there was garbage scattered around the area. Plastic bottles, food wrappers, and trash were visible in many spots, making such a beautiful place look neglected and unpleasant.

What’s even more disappointing is that fees are being collected from visitors, yet the cleanliness and maintenance of the area seem to be lacking. The comfort rooms were also in very poor condition — only two CRs available, dirty, poorly maintained, and not pleasant to use at all.

Nature deserves better.

Tourist spots like this should be cared for, protected, and maintained not only by caretakers but also by every visitor who enjoys them.

A gentle reminder to everyone:

✨ Please bring your garbage home.

✨ Practice CLAYGO (Clean As You Go).

✨ Respect nature as if it were your own backyard.

✨ Caretakers and local authorities should also regularly maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation for visitors.

From Manila:

1. Ride a bus bound for Sta. Cruz, Laguna.
2. From Sta. Cruz, ride a jeepney going to Nagcarlan.
3. Once in Nagcarlan town proper, take a tricycle going to Brgy. Bunga or directly to Bunga Twin Falls.

If Bringing a Private Vehicle:

Use Waze or Google Maps and search for:

The road going there is scenic and surrounded by trees and local countryside views, making the trip itself enjoyable.
