Travel_SM MOA Arena Swab Testing Facility
Just got out from the quarantine facility last 8AUG20 Saturday and I need to have my re-swabbing test to confirm that I am no longer a threat to the health of my loved ones.
So here I am sharing with you guys my travel to the facility last 10AUG20 Monday.
SM MOA Swabbing Facility
- This is FREE of charge.
1. Secure a number ID at Red Cross website- https://e-cif.redcross.org.ph/#
I know it will be a bit confusing since it has this "Arriving-Passengers" on the page however disregard that note, scroll down and fill-in needed Infos for you to secure your Number ID before heading to SM MOA Arena. There is a separate line for those who already have an ID for swab testing
2. Print and Present your number ID upon entry.
3. Fall in line and wait for your turn for swab testing.
4. The nurse on the facility will be asking for your Red Cross number ID and your valid ID.
5. After swabbing has been done, they will provide you a control number that you can check online for your result after 3 to 5 days on this link- redcross.com.ph/track
You will also receive certification via email on the address you registered with them.
Walk-ins are permitted however there will be a very long queue before you reach your turn for swab testing.
1. You need to fill in Infos being asked on the paper given by PNP on the area.
2. You have to secure the Red Cross number ID on a different line before reaching another line for the actual swab testing.
3. The nurse on the facility will be asking for your Red Cross number ID and your valid ID.
4. After swabbing has been done, they will provide you a control number that you can check online for your result after 3 to 5 days on this link- redcross.com.ph/track
You will receive certification via email on the address you registered with them.
Hope this helps😊

NCOV19_MECQ
Hopefully this will help in lowering down NCOV19 cases.
Under MECQ, any person below 21 years old and those who are 60 and above are required to stay home, except when obtaining essential goods and services or reporting to work in permitted industries. Those who will travel to work should prepare their company identification cards.

NCOV19_Bagal nang LGU
Sobra😔😔😔
So within 07JULY UNTIL 17JULY nakagala na yung mga may direct contact di ba?
Tas today lang ni release yung swab result like after 10days. So may mga nag Positive na dun sa mga na-exposed. Though may iilan na nag negative na carry-on na nang immune system nila yung virus.
In short carrier na sila. And they still need to do another quarantine.....

I am NCOV19 Positive
![]() |
My last picture was taken from Vista Mall Cinema 2nd Floor 14JULY20 Tuesday |
As for what I am so scared to face and accept, the results came in today from the RITM Research Institute for Tropical Medicine and it scares me so much that makes me cry...
I am an NCOV19 POSITIVE😔😔😔
I actually do not know how to accept and take this reality though symptoms have been so obvious for the past few days that I am sick and can't breathe.
For 6 days now I have had a cold/sneezing, fever, sore throat, muscle/joint pains, dizziness, the difficulty breathing that makes me unable to sleep at night.
It scares me thinking that I might acquire the virus from going out just to buy a cellphone charger in Vista Mall Las Piñas on the 14th of July 2020 Tuesday.
One thing is for sure, I wore a surgical mask topped with a cloth mask for my safety. I wore leggings and a jacket for protection. Another thing, I brought a bottle of alcohol to sanitize my hands in every transaction.
I did not stay long inside the mall and social distancing was indeed observed while I was there and for some reason, I was unable to get up from my bed the next day. I was so sick from 15JULY20 and for my family's protection, I isolated myself in our room and advised them that I was so sick and unable to do chores.

I became ill after this day of 14JULY20 Tuesday |
Upon receipt of the emailed result, I found myself calling our Barangay to declare me as NCOV19 Positive. They took some of my personal information for filling and advised me to wait for another call from the Las Piñas City Health Office.
This day passed and No Calls got from anybody from the City Health Office. I guessed the calls would come in tomorrow.

COVID19
There are six distinct types of the novel #coronavirus, each with a particular cluster of symptoms, concluded UK-based scientists in a new study on COVID-19 published Friday.
Researchers analyzed data collected by the COVID Symptom Study, a voluntary app used by 4 million people in the UK that allows people to log their symptoms of coronavirus. The data revealed people infected with COVID-19 reported additional symptoms on top of the previously recognized cough, fever, and loss of smell.
These symptoms can be grouped into six distinct clusters, according to a statement published by the COVID Symptom Study after researchers on the project from technology company Zoe Global Limited and King’s College London analyzed the results.
Here are the six clusters, or types of COVID-19 listed:
1. Flu-like with no fever
Additional symptoms: Headache, muscle pains, loss of smell, sore throat, cough, chest pain, no fever.
2. Flu-like with fever
Headache, loss of smell, sore throat, cough, hoarseness, loss of appetite, fever.
3. Gastrointestinal
Headache, loss of smell, loss of appetite, sore throat, chest pain, no cough, diarrhea.
4. Severe level one, fatigue
Headache, loss of smell, cough, chest pain, fever, hoarseness, fatigue.
5. Severe level two, confusion
Headache, loss of smell, loss of appetite, cough, sore throat, chest pain, fever, hoarseness, fatigue, muscle pain, confusion.
6. Severe level three, abdominal and respiratory
Headache, loss of smell, loss of appetite, cough, sore throat, chest pain, fever, hoarseness, fatigue, muscle pain, confusion, diarrhea, shortness of breath, abdominal pain.
The researchers found that some of the ‘types’ of COVID-19 were more prevalent than others and that certain types more strongly correlated with the hospitalization of the patient.
Broadly, COVID-19 patients whose symptoms were mainly flu-like or gastrointestinal were less likely to require hospitalization than those with muscle pain, confusion, fatigue, and other symptoms.
People reporting clusters 1, 2, and 3 were found to be much less likely to require breathing support, with only 1.5, 4.4 and 3.3 percent of each cluster respectively requiring help, the study said.
However, people in clusters 4, 5, and 6 were significantly more likely to require breathing support. Almost 20 percent of cluster 6 patients required breathing support, as did 8.6 and 9.9 percent of clusters 4 and 5 respectively.
Patients in cluster 6 were the most at risk, with nearly half ending up in the hospital, compared to just 16 percent in cluster 1.
“These findings have important implications for care and monitoring of people who are most vulnerable to severe COVID-19,” Dr. Claire Steves, a consultant geriatrician and a member of the team working on the study said, according to the statement.
Old people experience more severe symptoms. The study also reported differences in symptoms based on age and pre-existing conditions.
People in clusters 4, 5, and 6 were also older, trailer, and likely had pre-existing conditions such as diabetes, lung disease, or were overweight, compared to clusters 1, 2, and 3, the study showed.
“If you can predict who these people are at day five, you have time to give them support and early interventions such as monitoring blood oxygen and sugar levels, and ensuring they are properly hydrated - simple care that could be given at home, preventing hospitalizations and saving lives,” Steves added.
Using the cluster approach could allow for hospitals to better predict which patients are likely to require support sooner, and lead to greater health outcomes, the researchers said.
The COVID Symptom Study is run by Zoe Global Limited and King’s College London in collaboration with Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals.

NCOV19_Ang Huling El Bimbo the musical
The tragic storyline makes me shed tears and really breaks my heart. I felt so sad for Joy, being abandoned by those she thought her kasangga, ka kampi and kasama through thick and thin. She was abandoned by her friends at the very moment she needed them most. Imagined your best friend, the one you called Kuya and your prince left you all alone when things went wrong.
I was so moved when Joy's Aunt mentioned to Anthony, Hector, and Emman that Joy never blamed any of them for what happened to her- this crushed me so bad and indeed really breaks my heart that caused me to cry. Oh, life!
And this song Ang Huling El Bimbo, this song is Classic! I grew up with Eheads songs and over the years these songs never get old. I always see the young me on all of Eheads song and indeed fell in love again and again on this classic OPM. Eheads are legends!!!
Ang Huling El Bimbo the musical is a must-watch, thankful that I was able to watch this online on YouTube due to NCOV19 situation however won't be available after 49hrs.
And thanks to the technology some play excerpts were still available online.

"In the stillness of twilight, the setting sun offers a moment of reflection and gratitude for the day that was."
Psalm 113:3-6
3 From east to west, from dawn to dusk, keep lifting all your praises to God! 4 God is higher than anything and anyone, outshining everything you can see in the skies. 5 Who can compare with God, our God, so majestically enthroned, 6 Surveying his magnificent heavens and earth?

"With each passing sunset, we are reminded of the impermanence of life and the importance of cherishing every precious moment."
